Benjamin D, Kabialis

Benjamin Kabialis is a writing, literature and publishing major at Emerson College. While his primary focus is theater, he remains active in film, journalism, and literary publication. Ben’s passion is improvisation and tries to implement this tool into everything he approaches. In 2011 he directed and wrote Bardo, a play developed through improvisation, and co-wrote and performed in At This Point in My Life, an improvisational television series. Some of his recent acting credits include Eddie in Fool for Love (Mercutio Troupe) and Steve in the Human Centipede Musical (Chocolate Cake City). Ben is currently the theater columnist for Emerson College’s Berkeley Beacon. He is grateful to Israel Stage for the opportunity to work with Motti Lerner. He hopes Israel Stage and other Boston theater companies will continue to provide forums for new and challenging work.
