Raise a Glass: Our Past and Our Future

Dear Friends of Israeli Stage,

It’s hard to believe that only one year ago Israeli Stage was created. Since November of 2010, we have put on two regional premieres (Possessions and A Night in May), two American premieres (Wanderers and The Banality of Love), and one world premiere (To the End of the Land). I cannot tell you how excited and humbled we are by your support as audience members. Your continuous enthusiasm means the world to us.

Israeli Stage is currently in the process of compiling reviews from audience members, so we invite you all to join the conversation by writing a comment, posing aquestion, and adding your opinion. You can do so by visiting the contact page of our website.

I’ll leave you with one short review from our friend and patron Carolyn Lovit from Brookline, MA. After attending The Banality of Love, Carolyn wrote: “I learn something new each time I attend an Israeli Stage production.” Our mission is to bring a taste of the diverse theatrical scene that takes place in Israel, and it is my sincere hope that by engaging with these plays you have all gained a new understanding of Israeli culture this past year.

Warmly,

Guy Ben-Aharon
